About C&A Studios

Hey! I’m Chris, the Suffolk wedding photographer and videographer of C&A Studios!

Hey! I’m Chris, the Suffolk-based wedding photographer and videographer behind C&A Studios.

Wedding photography and filmmaking has always been a passion of mine. I shot my first wedding video back in 2014, and since then things have evolved quickly. Fast forward 11+ years, and I’ve now had the privilege of capturing over 300 weddings across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk.

My approach is simple: I like to work in a friendly, relaxed and unobtrusive way, allowing your day to unfold naturally while I quietly capture the real moments as they happen. Nothing forced, nothing overly directed—just genuine moments, exactly as they felt.

A big part of what I do is building a good connection with my couples. By the time your wedding day arrives, it never feels like we’re meeting for the first time—I want you to feel comfortable, at ease, and confident that you can just enjoy your day while I take care of the rest.

This is especially important for couples who don’t feel naturally comfortable in front of the camera. My aim is always to create an environment where you can relax, be yourselves, and forget you’re being filmed—so the end result feels authentic and truly reflects your day.

My goal is to produce modern, natural and timeless wedding films and photographs that you’ll be able to look back on and relive for years to come.

My children are my world, and C&A Studios is named after them, Cooper and Amelia.

Investment

Wedding videograpy and photography is an investment in your memories! The cake gets eaten, the flowers die and the dress gets put away! The one thing left from your day is your photo and video memories.

I believe the most important thing you need to consider when booking your Suffolk wedding photographer or Suffolk wedding videographer is that you like their style of work and them as people, they are going to be spending one of the most important days of your life with you, so you need to like, and feel comfortable around them. I take great pride in my friendly, laid back approach to capturing your special day.

I offer various packages for Suffolk wedding videography or Suffolk Wedding photography. To request a brochure, please complete my contact form on the contact page.

I will do my best to reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. Please also check your junk folders if you do not see an email from me in 24 hours.

I receive many new enquiries each week and typically book a year ahead therefore your date is only secure upon officially booking in with me and paying your £100 deposit.

**Please note, I only offer packages for Suffolk wedding videography OR Suffolk wedding photography (I do not offer a package for both services). I have some great relationships with other photographers/videographers, so if you wanted to book me for one service, I am more than happy to recommend others to work with me!**

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we choose the music in our wedding film?

Unfortunately with wedding films you cant just choose any music, you have to officially license the music used which includes paying a fee. In 10 years I have never had a couple advise me they don’t like the music, so I request you allow me to go and do my thing 🙂

We may feel uncomfortable being filmed, how will this work?

Feeling uncomfortable being on camera is totally natural. My main goal is to take a laid back/fun/natural approach to capturing your day and make you both feel totally at ease with me. I always say I am not there to make a blockbuster film production, I am there to film your wedding day naturally as it unfolds! I don’t like anything over the top or cheesy!

How do I officially book in?

To secure the date with me I will send you a full booking email/terms and conditions and take a £100.00 deposit, the final balance is then due 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
Please note I receive many new enquiries each week, and your date is only secure upon officially booking in with me.

Do you do both wedding photography and videography together?

I only offer packages for wedding videography OR wedding photography, not a combined package for both.
I do however have great relationships with other photographers/videographers and always happy to recommend ones I work with regularly.

Will we meet prior to the wedding?

All bookings include a pre-wedding zoom call to meet and go through all the details/timings of your day. If you have a wedding photography (plus or premium) package this will also include a pre-wedding shoot.

What is the style of your long edit videos?

On my plus and premium packages I offer two types of long edit videos to choose from – “Traditional” or “Feature”
Both include the full ceremony and speeches with natural audio. The traditional includes all natural audio on the the parts of the day, and the feature uses music to tell the story on the other parts of the day.
I will send you samples for both for you to choose your style.
